2009 IV IBERO-AMERICAN CONGRESS AGAINST ORGANIZED CRIME, TERRORISM AND CORRUPTION

Event held with the support of the Legal Assistance Program for Latin America and the Caribbean (LAPLAC) of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), the British Embassy in Colombia and IAPRIF.

The Congress was attended by important leaders in the fight against organized crime, terrorism and corruption, among others, Luis Ernesto Salinas, Executive Director of the United Nations Global Compact Network in Colombia, Jairo Clopatofsky, Senator of the Republic, Colonel César Augusto Pinzón Arana, Commander of the Metropolitan Police of Bogotá, Juan Carlos Portilla, Superintendent of Surveillance and Private Security, Mario Iguarán Arana, Attorney General of the Nation, Alejandro Vélez Múnera, Secretary General of the National Narcotics Directorate (DNE), Mario Aranguren, Director of the UIAF, Hernando Ruiz López, Superintendent of Companies, Néstor Díaz Saavedra, Director of the DIAN, Carlos Medina, Director of Justice and Security UNODC – United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, Francisco Santos, Vice President of the Republic of Colombia.
