GENERAL ACADEMIC AND SCIENTIFIC COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF SALAMANCA In 2018, the General Agreement was signed between the University of Salamanca (USAL) and Skol & Serna, to consolidate cooperation ties and specific actions, especially with regard to studies, training, training activities and research, promoted by the USAL from the Research Center for Global Governance, through the Corruption Study Group and the Economy and Public Policy Study Group.
Through the agreement, USAL and Skol & Serna generate joint activities in the areas of research, training, technical advice, outreach, dissemination, publications, seminars, conferences, exchanges, academic and scientific collaboration programs and projects, strengthening and developing the object study of both institutions.
The Andean American Associations
Ambassador Skol is president of the Venezuelan American Association of the United States. Founded in 1936, VAAUS was the first association established in the United States for Venezuela, the organization has organized hundreds of programs over the years.
VAAUS members are made up of leaders from a wide range of sectors, including investment, banking, rating agencies, oil, agriculture, law, travel and hospitality.
VAAUS has supported the processes of return and strengthening of democracy and respect for human rights in Venezuela.
